About these terms

These Terms govern your use of the Routovie application (iOS / Android, the "App") provided by Skyphic (the "Developer"). By downloading or using the App, you agree to these Terms.

License

Subject to these Terms, the Developer grants you a personal, non-exclusive license to use the App on devices you own or control.

Acceptable use

You may not:

• copy, modify, reverse-engineer or redistribute the App;
• use the App for any unlawful purpose;
• interfere with the operation of the App.

Your exported videos

Videos you export are yours to use as you like, including posting on social media and commercial use. The map in the video is subject to the licenses of the data below. The credit the App places on the video ("© OpenMapTiles © OpenStreetMap contributors" or "出典: 国土地理院") remains whether or not the watermark has been removed.

Watermark removal (in-app purchase)

• Watermark removal is a non-consumable, one-time purchase (com.skyphic.routovie.unlock) made through the Apple App Store or Google Play. There is no renewal or additional charge.
• The purchase is tied to the store account used. App Store and Google Play purchases are separate.
• Refunds follow the policies and procedures of each store. If a purchase is refunded, the watermark is shown again.
• Prices may change without notice; changes do not affect existing purchases.

Route accuracy disclaimer

The App refines and renders the location data in a GPX file. Due to GPS accuracy and the nature of the refinement, the drawn route may not exactly match the path actually driven. The App is not intended for use as a map or for navigation.

Map data

Map data is obtained from third parties (OpenFreeMap, OpenStreetMap, GSI). Changes to or interruption of these services may affect the App's features.

Intellectual property

The App and its logos and designs are the property of the Developer.

Disclaimer of warranties

The App is provided "as is". The Developer does not warrant that it will operate without interruption or error, or that it is fit for a particular purpose. To the extent permitted by law, the Developer is not liable for damages arising from use of the App.

Updates and support

The Developer may add, change or discontinue features without notice. Support is provided through the contact form.

Changes to these terms

Changes will be posted on this page with the updated date. Continued use of the App after a change constitutes acceptance.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Japan. Any dispute shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Shizuoka District Court as the court of first instance.
